The general wheel cutting machine can only perform fixed reverse cutting or manual rotation, which is not suitable for alloy material ring cutting such as nickel, chromium and molybdenum, it needs to meet accurate cutting fixed angle and equal for such products. Chpc has self-designed and developed the worktable which can achieve automatic rotation and precise indexing, and completely control the cutting accuracy automatically. This technology enhances the speed, stability and automation of cutting process, so that the accuracy of the product can be effectively achieved. This technology has been applied to a number of key engine components and certified by Safran Group.
