The horizontal turning lathe is suitable for processing the products with diameter up to 0.8 meters which are mostly used for joint purposes such as air seals, oil seals, guiding shrouds and reverse swirlers of turbine engines, and the accuracy is as precise as 0.01~0.02mm for super alloy material manufacturing. Chpc's horizontal turning capability is certified by Safran Group, GE Aviation and 3rd party organization – NADCAP for processing precise “Life Controlled Rotating Part” of aircraft engine.
