Aerospace Special Process / Silicone Rubber Compression
This technology uses one of the composite materials (Silicone Rubber) which is an environmentally friendly raw material and applying compress forming technology with temperature and pressure control in the hydraulic press to achieve Vulcanization forming. The critical function is to ensure no deformation during manufacturing process and meet the industrial specification AA-59588 CL-2B material certification; its process needs to pass the process Certification, including certification of production and laboratory testing. This technology was certified by our customer GE Aviation.
