1. Painting surface coating
The surface roughness control of the airfoil surface is achieved by surface treatment. Because the surface roughness cannot be controlled by the general anode surface treatment, the Primer+Top coat coating method is used to enhance the surface roughness quality. This technology has been certified by GE Aviation.

2. Solid film surface coating
The purpose of surface coating is to avoid corrosion of aerospace alloys in the cold section and provide better surface brightness to maintain aerodynamic consistency; the solid film treatment process is to lubricate the product surface and avoid excessive friction between metals. Both processes need to control the temperature and humidity of the environment and pay attention to the flow of gas to achieve the best performance. CHPC has dry and wet spray rooms. This technology has been certified by Safran group, GE Aviation, and NADCAP.
