Plasma welding temperature is about 3,300 to 12,000 degrees Celsius, it’s suitable for high tension steel, titanium, zirconium and other metals. Welding using argon mixed hydrogen, it’s suitable for stainless steel, nickel-based (Inconel), nickel steel and copper-nickel alloy. For ultra-thin superalloy metals, welding with NC quipment can get a better effect.
Plasma welding is mainly used to weld round parts to form a ring. The solder must be filled in the bead. No gaps may occur after the workpiece is processed. This technology has been certified by the customer Safran group.
