The volume of the vacuum heat treatment furnace can accommodate products with a diameter of 1.5 meters and a height of 2.5 meters. The furnace body is both vertical and horizontal. It is the largest size in Taiwan. It is specially used for large-scale assemblies. Its heat treatment performance is less than 1x10-5 Torr. The high temperature can reach 1200 degrees Celsius, and the temperature uniformity is controlled at +/-10 degrees. The furnace body meets the aerospace high temperature specification AMS 2750, and is significantly better than the average standard used by aerospace. All the vacuum heat treatment processes of the furnace are used for stress relief after mechanical processing, solid solution treatment of finished products, aging treatment, etc. This technology is used in many aerospace engine products, and has been certified by Safran group, GE Aviation and the third-party certification agencies in aerospace industry, NADCAP.
