Different than other manufacturers around the world who normally use 5-axis simultaneous machining to produce 3D curve products, Chpc has successfully implemented 4-axis milling technology along with multi-point positioning fixtures and dedicated process planning in replacement of 5-axis, and overcomes machining deformation and vibration issues. This innovation results that Chpc can use local brand machines to accomplish the high product accuracy which should be originally and generally made by foreign brand machines as reducing manufacturing costs and capital expenditures. This technology has been also certified by Safran Group.
