Factories today, starts from ERP work orders, a large number of forms are printed and filled out on site, such as production daily reports, checklists, etc. This type of operation not only causes "resource waste" and is not environmentally friendly. After these forms are summarized, they have to be manually entered into the computer, causing "waste of manpower", and manual copying of the report has the disadvantages of uneconomical, inaccurate, and are not real-time data; the second is the "machine utilization" rate, including production information such as which work orders, actual production quantities, use of molds, available/invalid working hours, reasons for downtime, and material consumption for trial. In addition, there are "work order resumes", "personnel shifts resumes" etc.,
CHPC uses “Web Applications” to develop a data collection program, to control production and its scheduling, while simultaneously use MS SQL database as a record for data ETL (Extract-Transform-Load).
The program is parsed through the agent protocol through HTTP, and the machine data is retrieved from MTConnect periodically and incorporated into the database. The traditional CNC processing machine achieves its networking function by installing the intelligent data capture device, which then integrates with the existing ERP platform in the XML data format through the network protocol Wi-Fi, to present various data’s and information in real time while also appearing on the digital board. This provides managers and customers with various statuses of the immediate production line to achieve effective management.
